The Junior Classic League
NoFi duo from North, NJ...
Creepy like your grandma's attic, catchy like junior high pop, dark like Ian Curtis but warm like a winter fire...
The Junior Classic League was created out of the sheer desire for a release from the standard form of full band music. In an effort to literally just have some fun and depart from the normal process of working on Fishermans tunes, Matt ALpaugh & Fishermans cohort Chris (Petie) Peterson, worked out some two piece rock tunes with Petie on drums and Matt on guitar. The Junior Classic League now an official project and member of the BHR&Co. line-up are proud to be working on a catalogue of songs that they have been playing out with label mates The Allupons. TJCL have slowly started the recording process, releasing a single in late 2010, Call it Quits and have ambitions to release something in 2011.
